EUDAMED will be rolled out in phases, as each module becomes functional and its use is published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

The 1) Actor, 2) UDI/Device, 3) Notified Bodies / Certificates, and 4) Market Surveillance modules will become mandatory 28 May 2026, followed by a six-month transition period.
