Regulation (EU) 2025/1234 (Amending Regulation (EU) 2021/2226 on eIFUs) Becomes Effective Today

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1234 amends the eIFU Regulation (EU) 2021/2226 to extend the scope to all professional use devices.

It enters into force 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). It was published in the OJEU on 26 June 2025; therefore, the effective date is Wednesday, 16 July 2025.
