EU AI Act: High-risk AI Systems Intended to be Used by Public Authorities Must Comply

As of today, under the AI Act Article 113(2), providers and deployers of high-risk AI systems intended to be used by public authorities must have taken the necessary steps to comply with the requirements and obligations of this Regulation.
